News Announcement After 8.5 years of continuous operation, the discussion forums of MMF was shut down "permanently" on July 8, 2008. As the Host of these discussion forums, my heart was not in it any more. I had moved on to publishing, real estate investing, blogging, and other business activities that were only a "wish list" when I first launched this site at end of 1999. Over time, it became a reality. Becoming Host of these forums have opened so many doors for me and, in many ways, help pave the way my role as a publisher, real estate investor, and blogger. It was a great ride. However, as a result, this site went to the backburner. Further, the discussion forums were being attacked nearly every day by spammers. And while the discussion forum software, did most of the job keeping them, there was occasional maintenance issues I would have to deal with. And so, ultimately I did not think it was good use of my time and resources to keep this going. I am still maintaining the data on our server for now. The fate of this entire website is still undecided. Ultimately, I think I will be shutting down this website and move it into an online archive.
